JUSTIN GREENHAUSE
I started taking photos in 7th grade. I realized the moment I picked up my first camera that my life started; I found my life calling! I knew nothing in my life would ever come before Photography. By 8th grade, I did photos for families by word of mouth. I don’t think I ever saw the light of day in high school as I lived in the darkroom all four years! While doing weddings on the weekends and working with local newspapers in photojournalism, Fashion Photography was my only genuine interest. In my Senior year, I was in touch with Yoko Ono, whom I Photographed, and sold her the rights to her label to use my images for her albums and personal and commercial use. I received a Photography scholarship and majored in Photography in college. While in school, I was commuting three days a week to NYC for an internship at Ford Models Inc. After I graduated was hired as Booking Assistant and moved to NYC to work full time. I went on to Work as an assistant for David LaChapelle, Markus Klinko & Indrani as sole Producer on various fashion editorial, advertising, and celebrity shoots. Jed Root, Inc. As Photo Producer for top fashion magazines, international campaigns, and commercial catalogs. Currently working on Freelance Photography Photographer for Nationwide Ad Campaign for X-RAY Jeans (2 Seasons)
